1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Grade Titan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free tier and Pro subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Grade Titan is a comic book grading and valuation tool developed by Burke Comics. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze comic book images and provide estimated grades, market values, and buy/pass guidance.
Grade Titan is provided for informational purposes only. All scan results, grades, and valuations are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive appraisals. Burke Comics makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any scan result.
3. Free Tier and Pro Subscription
Grade Titan offers a free tier with a limited number of scans. Additional features are available through a Pro subscription.
- Free Tier: Includes a limited number of comic scans per device.
- Grade Titan Pro: Unlimited scans, pricing guidance, and Titan Chat follow-up. Available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region.
4. In-App Purchases (iOS)
On iOS devices, Grade Titan Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing through the App on iOS, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms of Use.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Subscriptions (Web and Android)
On web and Android platforms, Grade Titan Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing on these platforms, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms of Use.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Grade Titan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Burke Comics does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scan results will be accurate. Comic valuations are estimates based on AI analysis and publicly available market data and may not reflect actual sale prices.
You make the final call on all buying and selling decisions. Grade Titan is a tool to assist your judgment, not replace it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burke Comics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on scan results or valuations provided by Grade Titan.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology in Grade Titan is owned by Burke Comics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission from Burke Comics.
9. Changes to Terms
Burke Comics reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
